Brisbane’s newest dining and bar venue has just opened at the Watermark Hotel Brisbane. Ideally located in the hub of Spring Hill and overlooking the spectacular Roma Street Parklands, the 551 Restaurant & Bar can be found on level 1 of the Watermark Hotel at 551 Wickham Terrace.

Beyond the 551 bar the new restaurant awaits. The décor is infused with subtle charcoal and silver colour tones highlighted with intimate lighting that creates a relaxing ambience.

The new dinner menu features a generous menu selection of
modern Australian dishes including primary ingredients of
oyster, scallop, fish, mushroom, duck, lamb, pork, beef and veal.
Dessert is simply irrestible with offerings of souffle, tartlets
and puddings to mention a few.
